A mobile training unit in Missouri has a unique set of dolls that help prepare rural emergency responders for real-life situations. This story includes a micro-documentary and text. For the 1A photo, we had to use screen grabs from the video component. The photo chosen (see below) was cropped into a vertical from a larger full frame. I chose this photo because it showed people interacting with the simulation dolls and gives context for the story.
